Debbie Madiedo has led Professional Insurance Center, Inc. with dedication, experience, and an unwavering commitment to service since its earliest days. As President and Owner, she plays a central role in shaping the agency’s operations, its culture, and its client-first philosophy.
With a foundational background in claims handling, public adjusting, and agency administration, Debbie brings decades of hands-on expertise to her leadership. Since 1981, she has personally managed and settled public auto liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims, performing investigations, mediations, and staffing key roles in complex claim resolution.
Her credentials include licenses in public adjusting (520), property & casualty (220), and surplus lines in the State of Florida. Debbie's strong academic roots include graduation from Brandon High School and further studies at Tampa College.
Under Debbie’s guidance, the agency has developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness. She has helped build the organization into a well-run, client-focused operation, where every transaction is handled with care and every client receives prompt, professional service.

Joseph started working for PIC in 2005 and was officially licensed in 2006. With over 20 years of dedicated insurance experience, Joseph continues to serve clients across the US with the utmost professional level of customer service and communications.
Joseph is committed to maintaining and enhancing the high standard of professionalism and integrity established by his predecessors. He believes in learning from the ground up, which has shaped his approach to leadership—one focused on mentoring, continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional client service. Under his operational stewardship, the agency has strengthened its service infrastructure, optimized internal workflows, and reinforced its client-first culture. Joseph’s dedication ensures that every client interaction is handled with responsiveness, transparency, and respect, reflecting the values that define Professional Insurance Center.
He has sat on the board of directors for GOLA (Greater Orlando Limousine Association), CFLA (Central Florida Limousine Association), WFLA (West Florida Limousine Association), and is a current board member for the FLA (Florida Limousine Association).
During the 2020 Pandemic, Officer Braunskill from the For Hire department in Orlando called me about why operators were closing their doors due to TNC and insurance pricing, and overall pandemic decreasing travel. Joseph created the narrative that was presented to Mayor Dyer to get limits lowered at the city and Tampa International Airport to help the transportation operators survive.
He has also worked directly with Cape Canaveral, Sarasota Airport, Miami PTRD, and other municipalities to help remove illegal (improperly insured) operators from the streets and guide them through limit changes.
Joseph continues to work with the National Limousine Association (NLA) and the TTA \ TLPA (Transportation Alliance – Taxi Limousine Paratransit Association) as a presentation speaker on insurance and safety issues that surround our industry.
Joseph is the current head of the FLA Safety Committee and has championed a team of industry veterans that developed the new PLATINUM SAFETY PROGRAM for the state of Florida. This safety program has been implemented in four state associations and will soon be a part of the NLA curriculum to guide the luxury ground transportation industry to use best safety practices. This program is a set of risk management tools and practices to ensure the best operators are doing all of the right things regarding safety and compliance.
Joseph also holds insurance licenses in 31 states and is expertly versed in DOT and limit requirements for all for-hire operations across the US.
Vice President OF Administration & Service
Damien Rodriguez serves as Vice President of Administration & Service at Professional Insurance Center, where he oversees the agency’s service operations and ensures that clients receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at every touch-point.
Before stepping into his current role, Damien honed his leadership and customer-service skills at Delta Airlines, where he supervised over 100 customer care representatives. That experience taught him how to manage high expectations, streamline operations, and maintain quality under pressure—skills he now applies daily to insurance service delivery.
Damien is known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and attention to detail. He focuses on making sure that the administrative and service aspects of the agency run smoothly and efficiently, so that clients’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.
